If there is a fever, any vomiting, or any blood, this is more than a rough weekend, and your child needs to be seen. The same is true if the discomfort has gone on for more than a couple of days. If something in you says this is more than a routine disruption, trust it. A child with ongoing poor growth or a lingering low appetite also needs a closer look. This is not an appetite formula.
